We are currently looking to add a full time controls technician to our team.

We are keen to train and develop the skills of our team but the candidate must have:

• General electrical installation of controls systems experience.

• Detailed experience and skills in panel building / panel wiring & panel modifications.

• Detailed experience and skills in commissioning controls systems / IO checking / fault finding / safety wiring / network terminations etc.

• The ability to supervise sub-contract electricians.

• The ability to create equipment procurement lists for installation projects.

• The ability collate / create and apply wiring labels and equipment labels.

• General industrial experience / exposure to working on site / customer premises.

• UK driving license.

• Good customer skills.

• Good work ethic and keen approach to developing skills. 

• Flexibility to work changeable hours / shifts to suit customer / project requirements.

• Desire to expand skill set through training courses etc.

• IPAF license preferable but training can be provided.
